Thank you, Pastor Brian and Melody Whidden, and Elkhart Calvary Assembly for your support and friendship this past weekend. While Stuart talked with Pastor Brian earlier in the week, our one service scheduled unexpectedly turned into two when he invited us to share in their Hispanic congregation on Sunday evening.
So thankful that the Spanish flowed fairly well as I preached. Again, thank you for the opportunity and your kind words of encouragement after the service. After a 16 month hiatus of preaching in Spanish, that was no small miracle :)
Also, thank you, Pastor Brian and Melody for lunch (Mexican), great conversation, and a place to watch football (Stuart) and to rest (Wendy) between services.
